Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided if you have completed 20% or more of the course, downloaded course materials, or purchased the course during discounts or special offers.
3. Access or Technical Issues
If you face login or course access issues, our support team will assist you. Refunds are provided only if the issue cannot be resolved from our side.
4. Duplicate Payment Refund
If your payment was charged twice, the additional amount will be refunded after verification.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us with your Order ID, payment proof, and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Course Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to switch to another course of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
7. No Physical Return
Since all products are digital courses, there is no physical return. Once access is provided, the course cannot be “returned.”
